If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, ideally within 24 hours of placing your order. The order can be processed later and you will not be able to cancel the order.

All orders are processed only upon receipt of the order and payment. This means that you can provide more information about your order and we will take them into account when ordering. It also means that we cannot accept items for return that are sewn to your pet’s measurements. We take back accessories that can be easily adapted for more puppies. 

If you want to return the item, please contact us first, ideally if you could contact us within 14 days from the date of shipment. But at this time, if you notice a delay in shipments, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item if you have decided to return it.

Clothes made to your dog’s measurements (all clothes except accessories) are accepted for adjustment at no extra charge, but are not accepted back. 

The additional shipping costs incurred due to the adjustment or return shall be borne by the buyer.

Please note that we carry out the entire process ourselves and are responsible for the entire process, with the exception of shipping services that we purchase from third parties. We take responsibility for delivering the goods to you, but we do not agree to refund money for lost shipments. We agree to resend lost shipments. 

Size discrepancies are most often due to errors in measuring the puppy, so we have prepared a lot of additional information on how to measure correctly. Please read the information provided before submitting measurements. If you have questions about which size to choose, contact us directly. Please note that the dimensions given in our measurement table are for almost all wedding type / size puppies, so if you cannot choose, re-measure your puppy first.
